What if the store I am interested in is still under construction and not listed as an option on the application?
Please apply to the nearest open store location that appears on the available store list. Once the new store you are interested in is ready to accept applications, the store manager will have access to your information. Stores under construction will appear on our application 45 days before they are scheduled to open.
How long will my application remain on file?
Applications remain in our system for 60 days. If you do not receive a call about an opportunity at Walgreens but are still interested in a career with us, we encourage you to re-apply after 60 days.
It's been a couple weeks since I submitted my application. Why haven't I heard anything?
Due to the volume of applications we receive for positions within our stores, we apologize that we cannot follow up with everyone regarding the status of their application. All applications we receive remain active for 60 days, to be considered for all potential opportunities that may arise.
How do I learn about available positions at a specific store?
Each Walgreens store manager is responsible for the hiring and training of his or her store team. If you would like to find out about the needs of a store you are interested in, please visit that specific store location and ask to speak with the store manager.
How can I change information on my application once I have submitted it?
You edit your existing application by visiting your nearest Walgreens store location or by accessing the link for Returning Applicants shown above.
