Q: What is Web Pickup and how does it work?
A: Web Pickup is a Walgreens pilot program where customers can order items online from
their selected store's inventory for pickup in store or for curbside pickup (at select Web
Pickup locations) in as little as an hour.

A: Yes, you can. Call Web Pickup directly at 888-WAG-PICK (888-924-7425) and select option
#2.

A: Walgreens is rolling out the Web Pickup program to select stores initially, so not all
customers will be able to take advantage of this service immediately.

Q: How do I indicate my selected store and can I change my selected store later?
A: Your preferred store should be shown at the top of the Web Pickup Home Page. Go to Web Pickup and select
the Change Store link below your listed store to change your Web Pickup store location.
If you decide to choose another store during the order placement process, you will have to
recreate your order with that store.

Q: How do I pay for a Web Pickup order?
A: You can pay for a Web Pickup order with a credit card or with a debit card that has a
major credit card logo, such as MasterCardŽ or VisaŽ.

A: Your card will not be charged until your order is picked up.

A: At this time, you cannot use your employee discount with a curbside pickup. You will

Q: Why is the Walgreens.com price different than the Web Pickup price?
A: Web Pickup prices reflect the individual store's pricing. You will be charged the price
as seen on the individual Web Pickup store's site.

Q: I haven't yet picked up my order and the price of the product has changed. What will I
be charged?
A: You will be charged the price of the product when you placed your Web Pickup order. If
the price of the item changes after ordering, no adjustment will be made to your purchase
price.

Product Availability
Q: Does Web Pickup offer all the products I can find in my local store?
A: Web Pickup offers a large selection of the general merchandise products available in the
store.

Q: Is there a way for me to check my store's current inventory?
A: The Web Pickup store updates inventory real time, so the inventory reflects what the
store has when you make your purchase. Occasionally, products may become unavailable between
the time of your purchase and the Web Pickup pick process. If that is the case, you will
receive an email with inventory updates.

Q: Can I order Photo and Pharmacy products through Web Pickup?
A: The Web Pickup service offers a selection of general merchandise items. Photo and
pharmacy products are not currently available through the Web Pickup site.

Q: When I placed my Web Pickup order, all my products were available. Now I
received an email saying that some products are unavailable. Why?
A: Web Pickup inventory is the same as the store's inventory. Occasionally, a customer may
purchase the items in store before the Web Pickup order is picked.
